摘  要:抗裂快凝快硬高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥是一种具有高强度低成本的低碳水泥。研究了以酒石酸作为缓凝剂、硫酸锂或碳酸锂作为早强剂的综合作用下,对此类水泥的凝结时间、胶砂强度、流动度等技术参数的影响;通过测试水泥不同龄期水化产物的成分、含量和形貌特征,分析了产生宏观性能影响的微观机理。研究成果可改善此类特种水泥的技术性能,降低水泥的使用成本和环境负荷,促进在工程中的广泛应用。Crack resistant,fast setting and fast hardening high belite sulphoaluminate cement is a kind of low-carbon cement with high strength and low cost.In this paper,the effects of Tartaric acid as retarder and Lithium sulfate or Lithium carbonate as early strength agent on the setting time,mortar strength,fluidity and other technical parameters were studied;By testing the composition,content,and morphology characteristics of cement hydration products at different ages,the micro mechanisms that affect macroscopic performance were analyzed.The research results can improve the technical performance of this type of special cement,reduce the cost and environmental load of cement,and promote its widespread application in engineering.
