摘  要:危急值管理是医院管理十大安全目标之一。提升危急值处理的及时性和有效性,对于保证患者安全意义重大。本文基于“互联网+”及ESB技术,结合闭环管理理念,构建了一套覆盖全院业务的危急值全流程闭环管理系统。运行4年维持效果显著,危急值处置反馈率达99.8%,及时反馈率97.1%以上;排除客观因素,住院15分钟及时反馈率达99.57%,显著提高了危急值管理水平。形成一种便捷可推广的信息化闭环管理体系,已成功应用在多耐药管理等业务领域。Critical value management is an important part of medical quality management and is one of the ten safety goals of hospital management.Enhancing the timeliness and effectiveness of critical value treatment is of great significance to ensure patient safety and win rescue time.Based on Internet+and ESB technology,combined with the concept of closed-loop management,a set of closed-loop management system for the whole process of critical value covering the whole hospital business was constructed.After 4 years of operation,the maintenance effect is remarkable,the feedback rate of critical value disposal reaches 99.8%,the timely feedback rate of critical value disposal reaches more than 97.1%,excluding the influence of objective factors,the timely feedback rate of 15 minutes of hospitalization reaches 99.57%,which significantly improves the level of management of critical value,and greatly guarantees the safety of patients.The subject has formed a replicable informationized closed-loop management system that can cover all the operations of the hospital and can be extended to other management fields.
