摘　　要：高校信息化建设高速发展过程中,短信发送和语音通知需求愈加突出,需要建设含有校级通讯录、短信和语音推送、个性化信息发送和标准系统接口的统一短信管理平台。本文利用电信全通道网关设计并实现校内短信平台统一管理和缴费,供福州大学一站式服务大厅31个业务系统对接和50多个部门管理员使用,为全校师生提供便捷、个性化的信息发送服务。To meet the interactive needs of SMS and voice reminders in the construction of smart campuses in universities,it is necessary to build a unified SMS management platform containing university-level address book,SMS and voice push,personalized information sending and standard system interface.This article uses a telecommunications communication gateway to design and implement a unified SMS management platform on campus,which is used by 31 business systems and more than 50 department administrators in the one-stop service hall of Fuzhou University,providing convenient and personalized information sending services for all teachers and students.
