摘　　要：新时代国土空间规划背景下,控制性规划属于空间规划重要内容。但是在实际规划过程中依然存在方向不清、路径不明的问题,需要展开深入研究。文章以XX县城为例,对国土空间规划体系下乡村建设用地控制性详细规划进行了研究,首先对县城概况进行了介绍,随后对国土空间规划体系下乡村建设用地规划进行了深入研究,最后进行了总结。Under the background of national space planning in the new era,controlled planning is an important part of spatial planning.However,in the actual planning process,there are still unclear directions and paths,which need to be further studied.This paper takes XX County as an example to study the detailed planning of rural construction land control under the national space planning system.First,the general situation of the county is introduced,then the rural construction land planning under the national space planning system is deeply studied,and finally the summary is made.
