摘　　要：近年来,通信及传感器技术的快速发展极大推动了医院智能化、信息化水平的提升,同时医院智能化、信息化系统的建设已然成为提升医院服务质量的重要手段。文章结合医院应用案例进行研究分析,深入探讨了智慧病房系统中的护理呼叫系统、智慧输液监测系统以及远程探视系统在医院中的具体应用。以及如何通过医疗智能化、信息化技术加强医生、护士、患者及家属之间的有效互动,解决医护服务中存在的治疗、护理失误以及时效性问题,从而显著提高医院服务质量和患者的满意度。In recent years,the rapid development of communication and sensor technology has greatly promoted the improvement of hospital intelligence and informatization level.At the same time,the construction of hospital intelligence and informatization systems has become an important means to improve the quality of hospital services.This article combines hospital application cases for research and analysis,and deeply explores the specific applications of nursing call systems,intelligent infusion monitoring systems,and remote visitation systems in smart ward systems in hospitals.It also discusses how to strengthen effective interaction between doctors,nurses,patients,and their families through medical intelligence and information technology,and solve the problems of treatment,nursing errors,and timeliness in medical services,so as to significantly improve the quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction.
