摘　　要：数字城市建设是推进数字中国战略的主要抓手。文章以嘉兴市为研究对象,系统梳理了其数字城市的建设模式、体系架构、实践做法及主要成效,揭示了数字技术在强化城市治理能力和提升公共服务水平中的关键作用。嘉兴市数字城市建设以“模式创新为引领、技术创新为动力和业务创新为抓手”,该建设路径为其他地区在全域数字化转型背景下的数字城市建设提供了重要参考和借鉴。The construction of digital cities is a key driver in advancing the Digital China strategy.This paper takes Jiaxing City as a case study to systematically review its construction model,system architecture,practical approaches,and primary achievements of digital city.It reveals the critical role of digital technology in enhancing urban governance capabilities and improving the level of public services.Jiaxing Digital City's construction path,characterized by"mode innovation as the leader,technology innovation as the driver,and business innovation as the enabler,"provides valuable references and insights for other regions undertaking digital city construction in the context of comprehensive digital transformation.
