摘  要:移动互联网、大数据、云计算等现代化信息技术的出现,改变传统公路养护管理方式,为满足现代交通发展需求,必须科学运用“互联网+”智慧公路养护管理技术。文章研究了“互联网+”智慧公路养护管理技术应用路径,在掌握传统公路养护管理现状的基础上,从有利于提升公路养护管理有效性、强化服务保障功能、执行国家战略方针、减少公路养护管理成本四个方面,分析了应用“互联网+”智慧公路养护管理技术的重要意义,同时,强调了加强顶层部署、打造“互联网+”应急管理平台、创建智能化综合养护平台等的“互联网+”智慧公路养护管理技术应用措施,有助于转变传统公路养护管理模式,充分发挥互联网+技术应用价值,推动公路工程事业健康发展。The emergence of modern information technology,such as mobile Internet,big data,cloud computing,etc.,changes the traditional highway maintenance and management methods.In order to meet the needs of modern transportation development,it is necessary to scientifically use the"Internet+"intelligent highway maintenance and management technology.The article studies the application path of"Internet+"intelligent highway maintenance and management technology.On the basis of mastering the traditional highway maintenance and management of the current situation,this paper analyzes the significance of applying"Internet+"intelligent highway maintenance and management technology from four aspects that are conductive to enhancing the effectiveness of highway maintenance and management,strengthening the service guarantee function,implementing the national strategic policy,and reducing the cost of highway maintenance and management.At the same time,it emphasizes the application measures of"Internet+"intelligent highway maintenance and management technology such as strengthening top-level deployment,creating an"Internet+"emergency management platform,and creating an intelligent comprehensive maintenance platform,which will help to change the traditional highway maintenance and management mode,give full play to the value of the application of Internet+technology,and promote the healthy development of road engineering.
