摘　　要：氟苯尼考为兽医专用抗生素,在兽医临床中应用广泛。为促进氟苯尼考的合理应用,从其临床应用现状、药代动力学和残留消除等方面论述了氟苯尼考的研究进展。研究发现,氟苯尼考具有用药后吸收快、组织渗透和代谢较慢的特点;与口服给药相比,注射液给药的药物吸收速度更快,起效也更快;灌服给药和拌料给药的血药浓度存在差异,但生物利用度差异较小;空腹给药时,氟苯尼考的生物利用度更高。氟苯尼考主要用于预防和治疗呼吸道感染,配合盐酸多西环素比单独给药疗效更佳;饮水给药已经成为养殖业中主要的用药方式,对氟苯尼考粉进行水溶性改造十分必要。Fluorfenicol,a veterinary-specific antibiotic,is widely used in clinical veterinary practice.To promote its rational use,this article discusses the latest research developments of fluor⁃fenicol from various aspects,including its clinical applications,pharmacokinetics,and residue issues.Studies showed that after administration,fluorfenicol is rapidly absorbed,had slow tissue penetration and metabolism.Compared to oral administration,the injection form has a faster absorption rate and quicker onset of action.There were differences in blood drug concentration between oral and medi⁃cated feed administration,but the bioavailability difference was minimal,with higher bioavailability when administered on an empty stomach.Fluorfenicol was primarily used for the prevention and treat⁃ment of respiratory infections,and its combination with doxycycline hydrochloride resulted in better efficacy than when used alone.Drinking water administration has become the main method in the live⁃stock industry,making it necessary to modify fluorfenicol powder for water solubility.
