摘  要:掺气摇臂喷头是一种基于液气两相流理论设计的新型摇臂喷头,为研究该喷头低压下喷灌均匀程度、结构优化特点和喷灌系统的改善,以摇臂喷头为参照物,采用高速摄影技术分析了液气射流的特征。试验研究的影响因素为工作压力,评价指标为气柱特征长度、气柱脉动频率和射流破碎长度。试验结果表明:①气柱脉动频率和特征长度随工作压力增大而增大,在200 kPa和300 kPa下,气柱脉动频率分别为75 Hz和140 Hz,气柱特征长度分别为7.7 mm和8.0 mm;②水射流掺气是改变射流破碎长度的重要因素;③两种工况下,液气两相射流的破碎长度比水射流的短约14.7%,其分散效果较好、对应的喷灌均匀度较高;④通过研究获得了射流破碎长度与射程经验公式,其具有一定的适用范围。研究结果可为掌握液气射流特征提供依据,为揭示液气射流原理提供技术支撑。Aeration impact sprinkler is a new sprinkler which includes liquid-gas two-phase jet theory.In order to study the reasons for the high value of sprinkler irrigation uniformity under low pressure,optimization of the sprinkler structure and improve the level of sprinkler irrigation sys⁃tem,the characteristics of liquid-gas jet were analyzed by high-speed photography technology with the reference to the impact sprinkler.In this paper,the influencing factor was the working pressure,and the evaluation indexes were characteristic length of air column,pulsation frequency of air col⁃umn and jet break-up length.The results were as follows:Characteristic length and pulsation fre⁃quency of air column increase with the increase of working pressure,pulsation frequency of air col⁃umn is 75 Hz and 140 Hz,and characteristic length of air column is 7.7 mm and 8.0 mm respectively at 200 kPa and 300 kPa.Water jet with aeration is an important factor to change thejet break-up length.Under the two conditions,the break-up length of the liquid-gas two-phase jet is about 14.7%shorter than that of the water jet,and the dispersion effect is better and the value of the corre⁃sponding sprinkler irrigation uniformity is higher.The empirical formulas of jet break-up length and range were obtained,which have some applicable fields.The characteristics of liquid-gas jet were mastered and the principle of liquid-gas jet was revealed by the above results.
