中国式现代化下金融现代化的目标范式、理论内核与实现路径——兼论深化金融改革的方向与重点选择

摘　　要：中国式现代化作为金融现代化的基石,决定其目标和路径选择。金融现代化需体现中国式现代化的基本要求,结合金融发展规律,实现最佳融合与双向推进,力求目标最大化。金融现代化应坚持党的领导和中国特色社会主义,支持经济全面高质量发展,促进共同富裕,实现金融系统包容与稳定,增强全球经济治理话语权,促进人与自然和谐共生,构建丰富的金融现代化目标范式。核心在于服务实体经济、防范系统性金融风险,发展金融科技与创新,实现社会公平与效率平衡。在路径选择上,通过进一步深化金融改革,在政策引导、技术驱动、人才培养、国际合作、风险管理与普惠金融方面寻求新突破,为实现中国式现代化奠定坚实基础。As the cornerstone of financial modernization,Chinese modernization determines its goal and path.Financial modernization should reflect the basic requirements of Chinese modernization,combine the law of financial development,achieve the best integration and two-way promotion,and strive for maximizing the goal.The article argues that financial modernization should adhere to the leadership of the Party and socialism with Chinese characteristics,support comprehensive and high-quality economic development,promote common prosperity,achieve inclusiveness and stability of the financial system,enhance the discourse power of global economic governance,promote harmonious coexistence between human and nature,and construct a rich target paradigm of financial modernization.The kernel lies in serving the real economy,preventing systemic financial risks,developing financial technology and innovation,achieving a balance between social fairness and efficiency,maintaining market order and security and promoting the integration of green and digital intelligence.In terms of path selection,new breakthroughs should be sought in policy guidance,technology drive,talent cultivation,international cooperation,risk management,and inclusive finance to further deepen financial reforms,laying a solid foundation for achieving Chinese modernization,and contributing to national economic prosperity and global financial governance.
