摘 要:浅埋煤层综采工作面大断面运输顺槽采用单体支柱超前加强支护,存在人员劳动强度大、效率低且不安全等问题,亟需革新超前加强支护技术,以适应矿井智能化建设的需求。为此,以哈拉沟煤矿浅埋煤层22523综采工作面的大断面运输顺槽为背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和工程实践相结合的方法,首先建立了单体支护效果评价力学模型,评估了不同巷道宽度及单体支护位置下的支护效果;然后设计了锚索替代单体超前加强支护方案及参数,并对比分析了锚索加强支护方式下使用单体支护的效果,最终验证了单体支护效果评价力学模型的可靠性。结果表明:当单体支护于巷帮0.8 m位置时,随着巷道宽度增大,其支护效果明显减弱;当巷宽小于2.7 m时,单体支护顶板挠度才减小10%以上;当巷宽大于4.0 m时,单体支护顶板挠度降低小于4%,效果微弱;超前加强支护段顶板额定支护强度为56.7 kN/m^(2),锚索超前加强支护强度为86.8 kN/m^(2),加强支护系数为1.53;对于浅埋煤层大断面运输顺槽较稳定围岩条件,锚杆锚索一次支护到位完全可满足超前加强支护要求;在22523工作面超前支承压力影响区,运输顺槽围岩安全稳定,工作面推进速度和生产效率明显提高。受一次采动影响的浅埋综采工作面大断面运输顺槽,采用锚索加强支护,替代传统单体支柱加强支护,具有明显优势,值得推广。There are some problems such as high labor intensity,low efficiency and insecurity in the advanced reinforcing support of single prop in the large-section transportation roadway of fully mechanized mining face in shallow coal seam.It is urgent to transform the advanced reinforcing support technology to meet the needs of mine intelligent construction.Taking the large section transportation roadway of 22523 fully mechanized mining face in shallow coal seam of Halagou Coal Mine as the background,a mechanical model for evaluating the effect of single prop support is established by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice,and the support effect under different widths of roadway and single prop positions is evaluated.The scheme and parameters of cable-replaced single prop advanced reinforcing support are designed.The effect of single prop support under the cable reinforcing support mode is compared and analyzed,and the reliability of the mechanical model for evaluating the effect of single prop support is verified.The results show that:When the single prop support is at the position of 0.8 m in the roadway side,the effect of single prop support is obviously weakened with the increase of roadway width.When the roadway width is less than 2.7 m,the roof deflection under the action of single prop support is reduced by more than 10%.When the roadway width is greater than 4.0 m,the roof deflection under the action of single prop support is reduced by less than 4%,and the effect is weak.The rated support strength of the roof in the advanced reinforcing support section is 56.7 kN/m^(2),the advanced reinforcing support strength of the cable is 86.8 kN/m^(2),and the coefficient of cable reinforcing support is 1.53.For the relatively stable surrounding rock conditions of the large-section transportation roadway in the shallow coal seam,the once support of the bolt and cable can fully meet the requirements of the advanced reinforcing support.In the influential zone of advanced abutment pressure
