循环荷载尾砂胶结充填体声发射特征

摘  要:为了研究循环荷载作用下废石尾砂胶结充填体的力学特性与损伤规律,制备了4种不同废石含量的尾砂胶结充填体,开展了2种加载路径下单轴循环加卸载试验,并借助声发射监测系统,获取了不同加载路径下所释放的声信号,研究充填体损伤演化规律。结果表明:充填体力学强度随废石含量的增加呈现先增大后减小趋势,废石含量10%的充填体力学强度达到最大,在恒定下限循环加卸载和等幅循环加卸载路径下的强度分别为3.94 MPa和3.63 MPa,且充填体在等幅循环加卸载下的强度普遍高于恒定下限循环加卸载;恒定下限循环加卸载过程中,滞回环面积同循环次数呈二次函数关系,随循环次数的增多而增大,Felicity比值随循环次数增多而减小,充填体损伤程度不断加深;恒定下限循环加卸载和等幅循环加卸载过程中,充填体的声发射信号均呈“峰谷”现象,累计振铃计数和累计能量呈“阶梯式”上升趋势。研究可为矿山储库构建及稳定性无损检测分析提供理论基础。In order to study the mechanical characteristics and damage law of waste rock tailings cemented filling body under cyclic loading,four kinds of tailings cemented filling body with different waste rock content were prepared,and uniaxial cyclic loading and unloading tests were carried out under two loading paths,with the help of acoustic emission monitoring system,the acoustic signals released under different loading paths were obtained to examine the internal damage evolution process of the filling body.The results show that the mechanical strength of filling body increases first and then decreases with the increase of waste rock content,and the mechanical strength of filling body with 10% waste rock content reaches the maximum,and the strength under the constant lower limit cyclic loading and unloading path and the constant lower limit cyclic loading and unloading path are 3.94 MPa and 3.63 MPa respectively,and the strength of filling body under the constant lower limit cyclic loading and unloading is generally higher than that under the constant lower limit cyclic loading and unloading path.During the loading and unloading process of constant lower limit cycle,the hysteresis loop area,increases with the increase of the number of cycles,has a quadratic function relationship with the number of cycles,but the Felicity ratio decreases;the damage degree of the filling body continues to deepen.In the process of constant lower limit cyclic loading and unloading and constant amplitude cyclic loading and unloading,the acoustic emission signal of the filling body presents a“peak-valley”model,and the cumulative ringing count and cumulative energy show a“stepped”upward trend.This study provides a theoretical basis for mine storage construction and stability nondestructive testing analysis.
