摘 要:安全生产责任压力会影响矿工行为。探究矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素,分析因素间的层级和结构关系,可有效管理矿工压力,规范矿工行为。基于此,首先通过文献梳理、深度访谈,并结合扎根理论,确定了13个影响矿工安全生产责任压力的因素;然后采用决策试验与评价试验法(DEMATEL)计算了各因素的中心度与原因度,结合解释结构模型(ISM)构建了多层递阶模型,梳理了因素间的层次结构与路径;最后运用交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)分析了因素的驱动与依赖关系。结果表明:矿工安全生产责任压力受3个维度13个因素的影响,包括生理、心理、个人发展3个最直接的表层影响因素,人口统计特征、早期绩效惩处经历、人格特征和监管障碍等6个连接表层与本质层的过渡层与深层次因素,以及领导风格、监管不确定性、安全责任与生产责任4个本质层因素。长期监控本质层和深层因素,重视过渡层因素,有针对性地调整表层因素,是改善矿工安全生产责任压力的有效路径。The pressure of safety production responsibility can affect the behavior of miners.To explore the factors influencing the pressure of safety production responsibility among miners and to analyze the hierarchical and structural relationships between factors can effectively manage the pressure of miners and regulate their behaviors.For this,13 factors affecting the miners’pressure of safety production responsibility were identified.Through literature review,in-depth interviews,and combined with grounded theory.Then the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)was adopted to calculate the centrality and causal degree of each factor,and a multi-layer hierarchical model was constructed using the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)to sort out the hierarchical structure and path between the factors.And the Matrices Impacts Crocses Multiplication Appliance Classemen(MICMAC)was used to analyze the driving and dependency relationships of the factors.The results show that the pressure of miners on safety production responsibility is influenced by three dimensions and 13 factors,including physiological,psychological,and personal development,the most direct surface influencing factors,demographic characteristics,early performance punishment experiences,personality traits and regulatory barriers,as well as six transitional and deep-level factors that connect the surface and essential layers,and four essential factors:leadership style,regulatory uncertainty,safety responsibility,and production responsibility.Long-term monitoring of essential and deep-level factors,emphasizing transitional factors,and targetedly adjusting of surface factors are effective ways to improve the pressure of miners’safety production responsibility.
