摘 要:目的 探讨双源CT双低剂量CTU在非结石性上尿路梗阻诊断中的应用价值,分析其可行性。方法 前瞻性收集哈尔滨二四二医院2022年01月至2024年03月间接受CTU检查的患者60例作为研究对象,依据检查方案不同分为双低剂量CTU检查组(L组)与传统CTU检查组(T组),每组各收集30例患者,对比分析双源CT双低剂量CTU与传统CTU在上尿路梗阻诊断效能的差异。结果 双源CT双低剂量CTU在确保图像质量的同时,能够明显降低患者接受的辐射剂量。在上尿路梗阻的诊断中,双低剂量CTU同样展现出了较高的准确度,其与传统CTU检查相比其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 双源CT双低剂量CTU检查在降低造影剂用量及辐射剂量的基础上可有效对上尿路梗阻诊断的原因进行判定,可以推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of dual source CT and dual low-dose CTU in the diagnosis of non calculous upper urinary tract obstruction,and analyze its feasibility.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients who underwent CTU examination at Harbin 242 Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024.According to different examination plans,they were divided into a dual low-dose CTU examination group(L group)and a traditional CTU examination group(T group),with 30 patients in each group.The diagnostic efficacy of dual source CT dual low-dose CTU and traditional CTU in upper urinary tract obstruction was compared and analyzed.Results Dual source CT and dual low-dose CTU can significantly reduce the radiation dose received by patients while ensuring image quality.In the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstruction,dual low-dose CTU also showed high accuracy,and there was no statistically significant difference compared to traditional CTU examination(P>0.05).Conclusions Dual source CT and dual low-dose CTU examination can effectively determine the cause of upper urinary tract obstruction diagnosis on the basis of reducing contrast agent and radiation dose,and can be promoted and applied.Keywords:dual source CT,dual low-dose CTU,upper urinary tract obstruction,radiation dose.
