摘 要:乳腺非肿块型病灶(NMLs)超声定义为在超声图像上无明确边界且在两个不同切面上不具备空间占位效应的病灶。超声乳腺筛查中NMLs的发生率为9.2%,但其在超声临床工作中难以被正确辨识,常导致临床漏诊或误诊。而超声诊断新技术的应用,使得临床能够对乳腺NMLs采用多技术、多模态联合评估,进而取得了较高的诊断效能。本文就NMLs相关超声技术的应用进展进行综述。Non-mass-like breast lesions(NMLs)are defined as lesions with no clear boundary on the ultrasound image and no space occupying effect on two different sections.The incidence of NMLs in ultrasound breast screening is 9.2%,but it is difficult to be correctly identified in ultrasound clinical work,which often leads to clinical missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.The application of new ultrasound diagnostic techniques enables the clinical use of multi-technology and multi-modal joint evaluation of breast NMLs,and thus achieves high diagnostic efficiency.This article reviews the application progress of NMLs-related ultrasound techniques.
