摘　　要：输血依赖型地中海贫血患者治疗的关键措施是长期规范输血和祛铁治疗,若未进行规范的输血及祛铁治疗,机体将不可避免地出现高排低阻型血液循环及铁过载心肌病,最终导致心力衰竭。超声心动图是目前筛查及诊断心脏疾病的主要检查手段,随着各种超声检查新技术不断问世,地中海贫血相关性心脏疾病可以早期被诊断。本文就超声心动图对评价输血依赖型地中海贫血患者左心室收缩功能的研究进展进行综述。The crucial therapeutic measures for patients with transfusion-dependent thalassemia involve long-term,standardized blood transfusions and iron chelation therapy.In the absence of such treatments,patients will inevitably develop high-output,low-resistance blood circulation and iron-overload cardiomyopathy,ultimately leading to heart failure.Echocardiography is currently the primary diagnostic tool for screening and diagnosing heart diseases.With the continuous emergence of various new echocardiographic techniques,thalassemia-related heart diseases can be diagnosed at an early stage.This article reviews the research progress in using echocardiography to evaluate left ventricular contractile function in patients with transfusion-dependent thalassemia.
