摘 要:目的:研究MRI扫描技术与乳腺X线技术在诊断早期乳腺癌中的作用。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年3月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院黄浦分院收治的90例乳腺肿块患者,均采用MRI扫描、乳腺X线检查,以病理结果为金标准,比较乳腺X线和MRI扫描的诊断结果、诊断效能,并分析不同影像学检查方式的显示情况以及对不同直径乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果:MRI扫描的准确率、灵敏度均高于乳腺X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI扫描对肿块或结节、胸大肌侵犯及腋窝淋巴结肿大的检出率高于乳腺X线检查,而对钙化的检出率则低于乳腺X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI扫描对不同直径乳腺癌的检出率高于乳腺X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌采用MRI扫描、乳腺X线检查各有优劣,其中MRI扫描的诊断价值更高,能提高整体诊断效能,临床应结合患者病情选择应用。Objective To investigate the role of MRI scanning and mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods From May 2023 to March 2024,90 patients with breast masses admitted to Huangpu Branch,Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,underwent both MRI scanning and mammography.With pathological results serving as the gold standard,the diagnostic outcomes and diagnostic efficiency of mammography and MRI scanning were compared.Additionally,the display characteristics of different imaging modalities and their diagnostic value for breast cancers of various diameters were analyzed.Results MRI scanning demonstrated higher accuracy and sensitivity than mammography,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).MRI scanning had a higher detection rate for masses or nodules,pectoralis major muscle invasion,and axillary lymph node enlargement compared to mammography,but a lower detection rate for calcifications,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).MRI scanning also had a higher detection rate for breast cancers of different diameters compared to mammography,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI scanning and mammography each have their advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.MRI scanning offers higher diagnostic value and improves overall diagnostic efficiency.Therefore,clinical application should be selected based on the patient's condition.
