苍辛通窍汤联合耳穴贴压及中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察苍辛通窍汤联合耳穴贴压及中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将80例慢性鼻窦炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例采用常规西药治疗,观察组40例采用苍辛通窍汤联合耳穴贴压及中药穴位贴敷治疗。2组均治疗2周。比较2组干预前后中医证候评分、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-6水平及健康调查简表(SF-36)评分,并统计2组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率87.50%(35/40),对照组总有效率67.50%(27/40),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后中医证候各项评分均较本组干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组干预后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后血清hs-CRP、IL-2、IL-6水平均较本组干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组干预后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后SF-36各维度评分均较本组干预前升高(P<0.05),且观察组干预后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苍辛通窍汤联合耳穴贴压及中药穴位贴敷用于慢性鼻窦炎患者疗效显著,能够改善临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,提高生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of Cangxin Tongqiao Decoction combined with auricular point sticking(APS)and Chinese medicine acupoint application(CMAA)on chronic sinusitis and its influence on quality of life.Methods Eighty patients with chronic sinusitis were randomised 1∶1 to receive routine Western medicine(RWM)(control group)or Cangxin Tongqiao Decoction+APS+CMAA(observation group)for 2 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6,36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were included as comparators.The curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(87.50%[35/40]vs 67.50%[27/40],P<0.05).After intervation,TCM symptom scores in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-2 and IL-6 in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decrease in the observation group was more prevalent compared with the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores in the both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the increase in the observation group was more common than the control group(P<0.05).None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic sinusitis,Cangxin Tongqiao Decoction combined with APS and CMAA has significant curative effect,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life,and with high safety.
