摘 要:目的观察八式太极拳对原发性高血压合并失眠患者睡眠情况、血压水平的影响。方法将80例原发性高血压合并失眠患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例予常规干预,观察组40例在对照组基础上加八式太极拳干预。2组均持续干预12周。对2组的症状缓解情况、失眠干预总有效率、睡眠质量[睡眠潜伏期(SL)、觉醒时间(ATA)、觉醒次数(AT)、总睡眠时间(TST)]及血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]水平进行比较。结果观察组失眠干预总有效率95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。2组干预后头晕目眩、易怒急躁、失眠多梦、疲乏心烦评分均较本组干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组干预后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后SL、ATA、AT、TST均较本组干预前改善(P<0.05),且观察组干预后均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后SBP、DBP均较本组干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组干预后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论八式太极拳可缓解原发性高血压合并失眠患者相关症状,进一步提升失眠干预效果,并有效改善其睡眠情况、血压水平。Objective To explore the effect of eight-style Taijiquan on sleep status and blood pressure levels in essential hypertension(EH)patients with insomnia.Methods Eighty EH patients with insomnia were randomly assigned into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).All patients were managed by routine intervention,and those in observation group were additionally given eight-style Taijiquan.Treated for 12 weeks,the aim was to compare symptom relief,the total effective rate of insomnia intervention,sleep quality(sleep latency[SL],awakening time[ATA],awakening times[AT],total sleep time[TST]),blood pressure(systolic blood pressure[SBP],diastolic blood pressure[DBP]).Results The total effective rate of insomnia intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.00%vs 77.50%,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of dizziness,irritability and irritation,insomnia and dreaminess,fatigue and vexation in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).SL,ATA,AT and TST in the both groups were significantly improved compared with before intervention(P<0.05),which in the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SBP and DBP in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decrease in the observation group was more common than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For EH patients with insomnia,eight-style Taijiquan can effectively alleviate related symptoms,further improve the effect of insomnia intervention,and effectively improve sleep conditions and blood pressure levels.
