摘 要:为研究隧道进口浅埋段辅助施工方法,文章以洛窑科隧道为例,利用ANSYS数值模拟软件,对比管棚支护与小导管注浆支护对地表沉降的影响,分析管棚支护力学机制,研究施工参数对管棚支护效果的影响规律。研究结果表明,管棚支护与小导管注浆支护均能有效减小地表沉降,但管棚注浆支护效果更佳;在不同循环进尺下,随管棚间距、管棚直径与注浆厚度的增加,管棚挠度分别增大、减少与降低;考虑施工安全与经济效率,不同循环进尺下,存在最优管棚支护参数。研究结果可为隧道进口浅埋段辅助施工提供参考和借鉴。In order to study the auxiliary construction method of tunnel entrance shallow buried section,this paper takes Luoyaoke tunnel as an example,uses ANSYS numerical simulation software,compares the influence of pipe roof support and ductule grouting support on surface settlement,analyzes the mechanical mechanism of pipe roof support,and studies the influence law of construction parameters on the effect of pipe roof support.The results show that both pipe roof support and ductule grouting support can effectively reduce surface settlement,but the effect of pipe roof grouting support is better;under different cyclic footage,with the increase of pipe roof spacing,pipe roof diameter and grouting thickness,the deflection of pipe roof increases,decreases and reduces respectively;considering the construction safety and economic efficiency,there are optimal pipe roof support parameters under different cyclic footage.The research results can provide reference for the auxiliary construction of the tunnel entrance shallow buried section.
