建筑工程基桩综合检测方法分析

摘　　要：基桩在施工中属于隐蔽工程,施工控制难度大,需及时开展质量检测。基于此,文章以某住宅建筑的首根桩为研究对象,采用声波透射法、静载法及钻芯法对基桩进行综合检测,并结合现行规范,分析了检测要点,研究成果可为类似建筑项目检测提供借鉴。The foundation pile belongs to concealed engineering in the construction,and the construction control is difficult,so it is necessary to carry out quality detection in time.Based on this,this paper takes the first pile of a residential building as the research object,uses crosshole sonic logging,static load method and core drilling method to comprehensively detect the foundation pile,and analyzes the key points of detection in combination with the current specification.The research results can be used as a reference for the detection of similar construction projects.
