大跨径连续刚构桥梁动静载试验测试与分析

摘  要:为评估东江特大桥的实际承载能力与动力特性,文章开展了在不同车辆位置、脉动、无障碍行车、刹车等工况下的连续刚构桥动静载试验。试验结果表明,试验跨的实测应变值、挠度值均小于理论值,最大相对残余应变为8.2%,最大相对残余变形为8.9%。在行车受迫振动工况下,结构的前三阶振动频率及阻尼比高于理论值,冲击系数小于理论值,说明该桥梁的强度、刚度和稳定性能满足设计要求。此外,在偏载作用下,单箱单室横截面结构的横向挠度实测值变化不明显,相同结构形式下,冲击系数与行车速度相关,受主跨跨径的影响不明显。In order to evaluate the actual bearing capacity and dynamic characteristics of Dongjiang Extra-large Bridge,the dynamic and static load tests of continuous rigid frame bridge under different vehicle positions,pulsation,barrier-free driving,braking and other working conditions are carried out.The test results show that the measured strain value and deflection value of the test span are less than the theoretical value,the maximum relative residual strain is 8.2%,and the maximum relative residual deformation is 8.9%.Under the working condition of driving forced vibration,the first three order vibration frequency and damping ratio of the structure are higher than the theoretical value,and the impact coefficient is less than the theoretical value,indicating that the strength,stiffness and stability of the bridge meet the design requirements.In addition,under the action of partial load,the measured value of the transverse deflection of the single-box single-chamber cross-section structure does not change significantly,and under the same structural form,the impact coefficient is related to the driving speed,and it is not obviously affected by the main span diameter.
