摘 要:为进一步提高施工效率,降低资源消耗,文章对某道路水泥混凝土路面进行共振碎石化施工,系统阐述施工过程与技术要点。检测结果显示,应用共振碎石化施工技术后,破碎材料的粒径均匀,路面平整度(IRI为1.8 m/km)和承载力(平均弯沉值为0.25 mm)均符合设计要求,证明共振碎石化技术在道路修复中具备应用优势,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。In order to further improve the construction efficiency and reduce the consumption of resources,the resonance crushing construction is carried out for the cement concrete pavement of a road,and the construction process and technical points are systematically expounded.The detection results show that after the application of resonance crushing construction technology,the particle size of the crushed material is uniform,and the pavement smoothness(IRI is 1.8 m/km)and bearing capacity(average deflection value is 0.25 mm)meet the design requirements,which proves that resonance crushing technology has application advantages in road repair.The research results can provide reference for similar engineering.
