摘　　要：城市地下综合管廊是现代城市改造升级的关键基础设施,需要对其进行长效可靠的运维管理。综合管廊由建设转入交付运营阶段,难免会在运维管理标准、软硬件等方面出现问题,最终成为阻碍综合管廊长效运维管理的重要因素。基于此,文章分析了城市地下综合管廊运维管理问题,并提出具体的改进策略,包括管理框架标准统一、完善信息储存方式及制订人才培养方案。Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is the key infrastructure for modern urban transformation and upgrading,which requires long-term and reliable operation and maintenance management.As the comprehensive pipe gallery is transferred from construction to delivery and operation stage,it is inevitably that problems will appear in the operation and maintenance management standards,hardware and software,which eventually become important factors hindering the long-term operation and maintenance management of the comprehensive pipe gallery.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems of operation and maintenance management of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,and puts forward specific improvement strategies,including unifying management framework standards,improving information storage methods and formulating talent training programs.
