节段预制拼装桥梁耐久性设计要点研究

摘  要:桥梁节段预制拼装技术具有显著的应用优势,不仅可节省超过20%的初始建设成本,还可减少支架模板现浇施工所需的时间成本,尤其适用于大跨度和地理环境复杂的桥梁工程项目。考虑到桥梁预制过程中水化热效应对结构的稳定性具有重要影响,文章以北方地区某预应力节段预制拼装刚构桥为研究背景,采用ANSYS有限元软件,分析箱梁预制过程中水化热效应引起的节段变形。实验数据表明,温差效应导致接缝区域膨胀开裂,裂缝宽度达0.6~2.8 mm。此外,箱梁预制构件的宽长比增大,显著增加纵向变形,在设计中,应选取宽长比为4.2~5.5的预制节段,以增强桥梁结构的耐久性。Prefabricated assembling technology of bridge segments has significant application advantages,which can not only save more than 20%of the initial construction cost,but also reduce the time cost of cast-in-place construction of support formwork,and is especially suitable for bridge engineering projects with large span and complex geographical environment.Considering that the hydration heat effect during bridge prefabrication has an important influence on the stability of the structure,this paper takes a prestressed segmental prefabricated assembling rigid frame bridge in northern China as the research background,and uses ANSYS finite element software to analyze the segmental deformation caused by the hydration heat effect in the process of box girder prefabrication.The experimental data show that the temperature difference effect leads to the expansion cracking of the joint area,and the crack width reaches 0.6-2.8 mm.In addition,the width-to-length ratio of the prefabricated components of the box girder increases,which significantly increases the longitudinal deformation,and prefabricated segments with a width-to-length ratio of 4.2-5.5 should be selected in the design to enhance the durability of the bridge structure.
