摘 要:将杜仲胶与丁腈橡胶相结合作为混合胶乳,制备一种可适用于体育护具的新型杜仲胶材料,研究其性能并对混合胶乳中杜仲胶添加量进行优化。试验结果表明,混合胶乳的旋转黏度与杜仲胶添加量呈正相关,而发泡倍率则与杜仲胶添加量呈负相关。随着杜仲胶添加量从0%增多到60%,新型杜仲胶材料拉伸强度和拉伸断裂伸长率均先升后降,压缩模量不断增加,回弹性不断降低。混合胶乳中杜仲胶添加量为15%比较适宜,此时,材料拉伸强度最大0.56 MPa,提高143.5%;拉伸断裂伸长率最大368%,提高44.3%,黏度为44 mPa·s,发泡倍率为10.5,压缩模量1613 kPa,回弹率49%。Eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG)was combined with nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)to form a mixed latex,and a novel EUG-based material suitable for sports protective gear was prepared.The properties of this new material were investigated,and the optimal content of EUG in the mixed latex was determined through systematic optimization.Experimental results demonstrated a positive correlation between the rotational viscosity of the mixed latex and the EUG content.Conversely,the foaming ratio exhibited a negative correlation with the EUG content.As the EUG content increased from 0%to 60%,both the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the novel EUG-based material initially increased and then decreased.Meanwhile,the compression modulus continuously increased,while the resilience continuously decreased.It was found that an EUG content of 15%in the mixed latex was most appropriate.Under this condition,the material achieved a maximum tensile strength of 0.56 MPa,representing a 143.5%increase;a maximum elongation at break of 368%,signifying a 44.3%increase.Additionally,the viscosity was measured at 44 mPa·s,the foaming ratio was 10.5,the compression modulus was 1613 kPa,and the rebound rate was 49%.
