摘 要:为提高肠造口水胶体敷料耐腐蚀性能与持粘性,制备了不同KGM含量的KGM/CS复合水凝胶材料。并对所制备的复合水凝胶性能测试。结果表明,适量KGM的添加,能显著改善KGM/CS复合水凝胶材料的润湿性、溶胀率、剥离强度、力学性能和持粘时间;KGM的加入对细胞的存活率影响不大,细胞存活率仍在90%以上;当KGM的添加量为3、3.5 g时,所制备的复合水凝胶材料的性能较好,这2种规格的KGM/CS复合水凝胶材料经小肠液浸泡,仍能保持一定的力学性能和粘接性能,拉伸强度仍可达20×10^(4) Pa以上,3-KGM/CS复合水凝胶材料的断裂伸长率高于1800%;使用水胶体敷料可以有效减少患者肠造口术后10 d内的短期并发症。To enhance the corrosion resistance and tack of colostomy hydrocolloid dressings,KGM/CS composite hydrogel materials with different KGM contents were prepared.The properties of the prepared composite hydrogels were then tested.The results indicated that the addition of an appropriate amount of KGM could significantly improve the wettability,swelling ratio,peel strength,mechanical properties,and tack time of the KGM/CS composite hydrogel materials.The incorporation of KGM had little impact on cell viability,with the cell viability remaining above 90%.When the KGM addition amount was 3 g and 3.5 g,the prepared composite hydrogel materials exhibited favorable properties.These two specifications of KGM/CS composite hydrogel materials could still maintain certain mechanical and adhesive properties after being immersed in small intestinal fluid,and the tensile strength could still reach above 20×10^(4)Pa.The elongation at break of the 3-KGM/CS composite hydrogel material was higher than 1800%.The use of hydrocolloid dressings can effectively reduce the short term complications of patients within 10 days after colostomy surgery.
