摘  要:针对钢结构建筑外墙加固修补用胶粘剂牢固性与可靠性不佳,造成质量安全问题,提出一种纳米SiO_(2)复合水性环氧树脂材料的制备。纳米SiO_(2)添加量为1%、2%、3%、4%,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,当添加2%的纳米SiO_(2)时,试样的硬度、吸水率和冲击强度达到最佳状态,表现出较高的电位值、最小起泡面积和失重率变化,具有良好的抗腐蚀能力、耐盐水侵蚀能力;经过多次冻融循环后仍保持稳定性,抗冻融性能突出;在1000℃下表现出最长极限防火时间超过60 min,具备出色的耐高温防火能力;拉伸强度达到25.6 MPa,展现出优异的力学性能。In view of the poor firmness and reliability of the adhesive used for the reinforcement and repair of the exterior wall of the steel structure building,which caused the quality and safety problems,a nano SiO_(2)composite waterborne epoxy resin material was proposed.The addition of nano-SiO_(2)was 1%,2%,3%and 4%,and its properties were studied.The results show that when 2%nano-SiO_(2)is added,the hardness,water absorption and impact strength of the sample reach the best state,showing high potential value,minimum blistering area and weight loss rate,and has good corrosion resistance and salt water erosion resistance.After multiple freeze-thaw cycles,it still maintains stability,and the freeze-thaw resistance is outstanding.At 1000℃,it showed the longest ultimate fire protection time of more than 60 min,and had excellent high temperature fire resistance.The tensile strength reaches 25.6 MPa,showing excellent mechanical properties.
