摘  要:为确保密封胶能有效防止水渗透,并在复杂工作条件下保持长期接口稳定性。以聚醚多元醇和环氧树脂为基质,使用多步法合成制备了一种聚氨酯密封胶。并对密封胶力学性能和粘接性能进行了全面评估。结果表明,基于相同填料,随着碳酸钙含量的增加,密封胶的防水性能指标呈下降趋势;在一定范围内增加填料的用量可以提高胶体的柔韧性和延展性;胶体的粘合强度随着碳酸钙含量的增加而相应增加。当纳米碳酸钙填料的掺量为5%时,可达到最佳防水效果;当填料为10%的纳米碳酸钙时,聚氨酯密封胶的断裂伸长率较高,为3.45 MPa,可以保证最佳力学性能;当在预聚体中添加10%的重质碳酸钙填料时,能够保证聚氨酯密封胶的最优粘接性能。In order to ensure that the sealant effectively prevents water penetration and maintains long-term connection stability under difficult operating conditions.A polyurethane sealant was synthesized using polyether polyol and epoxy resin as matrix by multi-step synthesis.The mechanical properties and adhesive properties of the sealant were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that with the increase of calcium carbonate content,the waterproof performance index of the sealant decreased with the increase of calcium carbonate content.Increasing the amount of filler within a certain range could improve the flexibility and ductility of the colloid.The adhesive strength of the colloid increased with the increase in calcium carbonate content.When the content of nano calcium carbonate filler was 5%,the best waterproof effect could be achieved.When the filler was 10%nano-calcium carbonate,the elongation at break of the polyurethane sealant was high,which was 3.45 MPa,which could ensure the best mechanical properties.When a 10%heavy calcium carbonate filler was added to the prepolymer,the optimal adhesive properties of the polyurethane sealant were guaranteed.
