摘 要:为了改善混凝土的工作性能,尽可能的降低引气剂对混凝土力学性能的不利影响,通过坍落度试验、含气量试验、抗压强度试验、抗折强度试验和弹性模量试验,考察了引气剂加量对高性能引气混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着引气剂加量的不断增大,混凝土的坍落度和含气量均呈现出逐渐增大的趋势,引气剂的加入明显改善了混凝土的工作性能;另外,引气剂的加量越大,混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、抗折强度和弹性模量均呈现出逐渐减小的趋势,混凝土的力学性能有所降低。当引气剂的加量为0.6%时,混凝土的立方体抗压强度损失率、轴心抗压强度损失率、抗折强度损失率和弹性模量损失率分别为20.52%、21.36%、9.88%和9.85%。因此,综合考虑混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,推荐引气剂的加量不宜超过0.6%。In order to improve the working performance of concrete and reduce the adverse effect of air-entraining agent on the mechanical properties of concrete as much as possible,the effects of air-entraining agent on the working performance and mechanical properties of high-performance air-entraining concrete were investigated by slump test,air content test,compressive strength test,flexural strength test and elastic modulus test.The results show that with the increasing amount of air-entraining agent,the slump and air content of concrete show a gradual increasing trend,and the addition of air-entraining agent significantly improves the working performance of concrete.In addition,the larger the amount of air-entraining agent,the cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus of concrete show a gradual decreasing trend,and the mechanical properties of concrete decrease.When the dosage of air-entraining agent is 0.6%,the cubic compressive strength loss rate,axial compressive strength loss rate,flexural strength loss rate and elastic modulus loss rate of concrete are 20.52%,21.36%,9.88%and 9.85%,respectively.Therefore,considering the working properties and mechanical properties of concrete,it is recommended that the dosage of air-entraining agent should not exceed 0.6%.
