摘 要:为提高胸腰椎骨折的治疗效果,针对骨修复常用的聚醚醚酮材料,采用浓硫酸对其表面进行改性,制备一种人工骨材料,并研究其性能和应用效果。结果表明,浓硫酸改性处理对人工骨材料的接触角、最大压缩强度无较大影响,但会显著提高人工骨材料的表面粗糙度。当经过浓硫酸改性3 min时,人工骨材料的表面粗糙度最大,为5.84μm,此时,材料的接触角为75.3°,最大压缩强度在240 MPa左右,并且,浓硫酸改性3 min后的人工骨材料生物相容性和成骨诱导性能更好,在治疗应用中的骨痂生长情况较好,胸腰椎功能优良率达到82.22%。In order to improve the treatment effect of thoracolumbar fractures,an artificial bone material was prepared by modifying the surface of polyetheretherketone material commonly used in bone repair with concentrated sulfuric acid,and its performance and application effect were studied.The results showed that the modified treatment of concentrated sulfuric acid had no great effect on the contact angle and maximum compressive strength of the artificial bone material,but significantly improved the surface roughness of the artificial bone material.When modified with concentrated sulfuric acid for 3 min,the surface roughness of the artificial bone material was the largest,which was 5.84μm,the contact angle of the material was 75.3°,and the maximum compressive strength was about 240 MPa,and the biocompatibility and osteogenic induction performance of the artificial bone material after the modification of concentrated sulfuric acid for 3 min were better,the callus growth in the treatment application was better,and the excellent function rate of thoracolumbar spine reached 82.22%.
