摘 要:为实现沥青混合料回收料的有效利用,提出了一项溶剂型冷再生液体沥青制备方法,为验证溶剂型液体沥青的有效性,研究从旋转黏度、接触角、微观形貌以及红外透光度等方面对该材料的物理特征加以分析。试验研究发现,溶剂型液体沥青60℃旋转黏度位于0.8~1.6 Pa·s,与RAP之间的融合效果较为理想。当基质沥青、稀释剂、添加剂之间的比例为73∶24∶3时,新-旧混合沥青的亚砜基指数和羰基指数达到最低水平,对于RAP的补充效果最为理想,且在室外低温环境下也体现出了较为理想的综合力学性能,具有一定的应用价值。In order to verify the effectiveness of solvent-based liquid asphalt,the physical characteristics of the material were analyzed from the aspects of rotational viscosity,contact angle,micromorphology and infrared transmittance.The experimental results showed that the rotational viscosity of solvent-based liquid asphalt 60℃was 0.8~1.6 Pa·s,and the fusion effect between solvent-based liquid asphalt and RAP was ideal.When the ratio between matrix asphalt,diluent and additive was 73∶24∶3,the sulfoxide index and carbonyl index of the new-old mixed asphalt reached the lowest level,which had the most ideal supplementation effect for RAP,and also reflected the ideal comprehensive mechanical properties in the outdoor low temperature environment,which had certain application value.
