摘 要:为KT型节点的设计提供理论依据,选取4个90°环形加劲的KT型管板节点开展试验研究和数值分析,讨论了节点的破坏过程和破坏模式。研究结果表明,节点的失效是由主材和环板的刚度共同作用的结果,节点的失效发生在刚度较弱的部分。当环板尺寸较小时,节点的失效表现为“组合变形”,主材发生凹陷和环板发生翘曲。当环板的高度或厚度较大时,节点的失效表现为“主材变形”,即主材发生凹陷而环板基本不变形。对比节点的承载力结果发现,当主材规格确定后,90°环板加劲的设计存在最优值,尺寸过大的加劲板对于节点承载力的提高作用不明显。最终,通过回归分析提出了90°环板的尺寸设计建议范围。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the design of KT joints,four KT tube-sheet joints with 90°annular stiffener were selected for experimental research and numerical analysis,and the failure process and failure mode of the joints were discussed.The results showed that the failure of the joint was the result of the joint action of the stiffness of the main material and the ring plate,and the failure of the joint occured in the part with weak stiffness.When the size of the ring plate was small,the failure of the node was manifested as“combined deformation”,and the main material was dented and the ring plate was warped.When the height or thickness of the ring plate was large,the failure of the node was manifested as“main material deformation”,that was,the main material was concave and the ring plate was basically not deformed.Comparing the bearing capacity results of the joint,it was found that when the specification of the main material was determined,there was an optimal value in the design of the stiffening of the 90°ring plate,and the oversized stiffener plate had no obvious effect on the improvement of the bearing capacity of the joint.Finally,through regression analysis,the recommended range of size design of the 90°ring plate was proposed.
