摘 要:为解决砂浆复合材料在桥梁加固工程中应用性能不佳的问题,对桥梁加固用聚氨酯粉煤灰砂浆复合材料进行制备并对应用性能进行分析。试验结果表明,随着水性聚氨酯成分占比的不断提高,复合材料试件的抗压强度在不断降低,且下降幅度不断提高。当掺入量超过7%时,复合材料试件的抗压强度出现了较为明显的下降趋势;当水性聚氨酯占比为10%时,7 d龄期下试件抗压强度为12.8 MPa,28 d龄期下试件抗压强度为16.3%;抗折强度以5%~7%掺量下的抗折强度下降最为明显,下降速率分别为28%以及21.8%;复合材料试件的粘接强度在3%掺量时达到峰值,然后出现逐步降低的趋势。其中,掺量为3%时对应的粘接强度为6.2 MPa。In order to solve the problem of poor application performance of mortar composite materials in bridge reinforcement engineering,polyurethane fly ash mortar composite materials for bridge reinforcement were prepared and the application performance was analyzed.The test results showed that with the increasing proportion of waterborne polyurethane components,the compressive strength of the composite specimens decreased continuously,and the decreasing range increased.When the incorporation amount exceeded 7%,the compressive strength of the composite specimen showed an obvious downward trend.When the proportion of waterborne polyurethane was 10%,the compressive strength of the specimen was 12.8 MPa at the 7-day age and 16.3% at the 28-day age.The flexural strength decreased most significantly at 5%~7% content,with a decrease rate of 28% and 21.8%,respectively.The adhesive strength of the composite specimens reached a peak at 3% content,and then gradually decreased.Among them,the corresponding adhesive strength was 6.2 MPa when the content was 3%.
