极简跑鞋专用聚乳酸复合材料制备及性能研究

摘  要:为实现极简跑鞋的高效率生产,研究提出了一种聚乳酸/石墨烯复合材料,该材料以聚乳酸为主要原料,石墨烯为聚乳酸的改性剂,通过溶液浇铸法在不改变原材料化学性质的情况下实现共混。为验证该复合材料的有效性,研究通过XRD、FTIR试验,以及微观形貌分析、热稳定性、力学性能等手段对其综合性能进行测试。结果表明,在石墨烯和聚乳酸添加比例为0.005∶1的情况下,聚乳酸/石墨烯复合材料化学性能稳定,热稳定性较强且具有良好的力学性能,适用于极简跑鞋的生产加工。In order to achieve the high-efficiency production of minimalist running shoes,a polylactic acid/graphene composite material was proposed,which used polylactic acid as the main raw material and graphene as the modifier of polylactic acid,and achieved blending without changing the chemical properties of the raw materials by solution casting method.In order to verify the effectiveness of the composite,XRD,FTIR test,micromorphology analysis,thermal stability,mechanical properties and other means were used to test its comprehensive properties.The results showed that under the condition that the ratio of graphene to polylactic acid was 0.005∶1,the chemical properties of polylactic acid/graphene composites were stable,the thermal stability was strong and the mechanical properties were good,which were suitable for the production and processing of minimalist running shoes.
