摘 要:为在不损伤风力发电机组结构完整性的情况下,检测风电机组避雷线的失效现象,提出了一种基于超声导波无损检测技术的避雷线缆通断检测方法。通过半解析有限元法(SAFE)得到了超声导波在避雷线缆中传播的频散特性,并确定了检测模态和激励频率;设计了柔性磁致伸缩传感器,搭建了超声导波检测的实验平台,针对避雷线缆的断裂失效开展了实验研究。实验结果表明,超声导波无损检测技术可以实现避雷线的通断检测,并确定失效位置,相比于传统的检测方法,超声导波无损检测方法具有操作简单,检测精度高的显著优势。In order to detect the failure of lightning protection wires of wind turbines without damaging the structural integrity of wind turbines,a lightning protection cable on-off detection method based on ultrasonic guided wave nondestructive testing technology was proposed.The dispersion characteristics of ultrasonic guided wave propagation in lightning cables were obtained by semi-analytical finite element method(SAFE),and the detection mode and excitation frequency were determined.A flexible magnetic strictive sensor was designed,an experimental platform for ultrasonic guided wave detection was built,and experimental research was carried out on the fracture and failure of lightning protection cables.The experimental results showed that the ultrasonic guided wave nondestructive testing technology could realize the on-off detection of lightning protection wires and determine the failure location,compared with the traditional detection methods,the ultrasonic guided wave nondestructive testing method had the significant advantages of simple operation and high detection accuracy.
