摘 要:随着全球气候变化和生态环境的改变,蠓媒传染病已成为重要公共卫生问题。吸血蠓作为一类重要的传病媒介,不仅可以通过叮咬直接危害人畜等健康,还可以通过吸血活动传播细菌、病毒和寄生虫等多种病原体并引起相应的疾病。本文就国内外关于吸血蠓的分类、生态及其传播的病原微生物进行综述,旨在推动我国对吸血蠓的相关研究,为我国蠓传疾病的防控提供理论依据和实践指导。With global climate change and alterations in ecological environments,midge-borne diseases have emerged as significant public health concerns.Blood-sucking midges,as important vectors,not only feed on the blood of humans and animals but also spread a variety of pathogens,including bacteria,viruses,and parasites,leading to various diseases.This paper focus on the classification,ecology,and pathogenic microorganisms transmitted by blood-sucking midges in China and abroad,so as to promote related research on blood-sucking midges in China and provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the prevention and control of midge-borne diseases in China.
