摘 要:目的 探究薇甘菊驱蚊活性成分,获得高效驱蚊组合物,为植物源驱蚊剂的开发提供基础。方法 首先通过Y型嗅觉仪法对不同薇甘菊粗提物进行驱蚊活性初筛;采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对活性粗提物进行定性分析,复筛驱蚊活性成分;通过各成分配伍组合后的驱蚊效果,利用均匀试验设计建立高效驱蚊组合物。结果 挥发油为薇甘菊主要驱蚊活性物质,对白蚊伊蚊的驱避率可达63.80%,其中含有氧化石竹烯、桉叶油醇等活性成分;均匀试验设计筛选获得的适宜驱蚊组合配比为:9.8%氧化石竹烯+9.9%桉叶油醇+8.6%芳樟醇+7.9%α-松油醇+7.8%δ-杜松烯,该组合物对白蚊伊蚊的平均驱避率为83.20%,驱蚊效果良好。结论 薇甘菊挥发油具有驱蚊活性,其中含有多种驱蚊活性成分,可制备成高效驱蚊组合物,进一步开发为驱蚊产品,为植物源驱蚊剂提供新资源。Objective To investigate the mosquito repellent effect of Mikania micrantha,screen its mosquito repellent active ingredients and obtain efficient mosquito repellent compositions,so as to provide a reference for development of botanical mosquito repellents.Methods Different M.micrantha crude extracts were initially screened for mosquito repellent activity by the Y-type olfactometer method,and further screened for M.micrantha mosquito repellent active ingredients by qualitative analysis of the active crude extracts by GC-MS.The active ingredients were matched and combined,and the ratio of the optimal mosquito repellent composition was predicted by using a homogeneous experimental design.Results The results showed that the volatile oil was the main mosquito repellent active component of M.micrantha,containing stilbene oxide,eucalyptol and other active ingredients,and the mosquito repellent rate reached 63.80%.The combined with the homogeneous experimental design of the screening of the optimal mosquito repellent component was:9.8%caryophyllene oxide+9.9%1,8-cineole+8.6%linalool+7.9%α-terpineol+7.8%δ-cadinene.The average mosquito repellent rate of the composition was 83.20%,and the mosquito repellent effect was good.Conclusion The volatile oil of M.micrantha has mosquito repellent activity,and it contains many mosquito repellent active ingredients,which can be prepared highly efficient mosquito repellent compositions,further developed as mosquito repellent products,and provide a new resource for botanical mosquito repellents.
