摘 要:目的 评价分析铁路旅客列车物体表面现场消毒效果,为优化列车消毒工作提供参考。方法 分层软件随机抽样,随机抽取某铁路辖区旅客列车,对物体表面现场消毒情况进行过程和效果评价。使用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计分析,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验和Fisher确切概率法。结果 随机抽取的6列旅客列车在消毒方案、工作程序、使用的消毒产品、工作人员的个人防护等方面基本符合要求,主要存在个人防护意识不强、个别关键项点的具体把控不足等问题。共采集消毒前、后样本293对,总合格率为90.10%,现场指导组物体表面消毒合格率高于对照组(χ^(2)=8.96,P<0.01)。动车组列车合格率较低的部位为水龙头(75.00%)、门把手(83.33%)。普速空调列车合格率较低的部位为饮水开关(75.00%)、爬梯(83.33%)、水龙头(85.71%)和行李架(87.50%)。结论 该铁路辖区旅客列车消毒工作整体较好,应重点关注水龙头、饮水开关等手高频接触部位和爬梯、行李架等消毒较困难部位,加强对列车消毒人员现场指导以提高消毒效果。Objective To evaluate and analyze the surface disinfection on site of railway passenger train,so as to provide reference for optimizing train disinfection.Methods Passenger trains were randomly selected at different levels to evaluate the process and effect of the surface disinfection on site,and made statistical analysis using SPSS 24.0.The Chi-square test and Fisher’s exact test were used for multi-group comparison.Results A total of 6 passenger trains were selected to basically meet the requirements in the disinfection plan,disinfection products,disinfection procedures and personal protection.There were mainly problems such as weak awareness of personal protection,and insufficient specific control of individual key points.A total of 293 pairs of samples were collected before and after disinfection,with the total qualified rate of 90.10%.The qualified rate of disinfection in the field guidance group was higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=8.96,P<0.01).The low qualified rate of the EMU train were faucet(75.00%),and door handle(83.33%).The low qualified rate of ordinary air conditioning train were drinking water switch(75.00%),ladder(83.33%),faucet(85.71%)and luggage rack(87.50%).Conclusion The overall disinfection of passenger trains in the railway area is good and attention should be paid to high-frequency contact parts such as faucets and drinking water switches and difficult disinfection parts such as climbing ladders and luggage racks.Strengthening the on-site guidance of train disinfection personnel is conducive to improving the on-site disinfection effect.
