摘 要:目的 通过室内取食实验研究散白蚁的取食特点,并对白蚁取食实验方法提出建议。方法 采用无选择取食实验分别测定散白蚁对C样品(参照)、P样品(取食偏好性比参照好)和N样品(取食偏好性比参照差)的取食量;采用选择取食实验,并通过调整C样品、P样品和N样品的数量,测定散白蚁对各样品的取食量。结果 在无选择取食条件下,白蚁取食C样品、P样品的量无明显差异,显著高于取食N样品的量;在选择取食条件下,对于无取食偏好性差异的样品,白蚁会随机取食;对于有取食偏好性差异的样品,在双选条件下,取食偏好性较好的样品取食量较多,在多选条件下,如果只有一个取食偏好性好的样品,白蚁对该样品的取食量最大,如果有多个取食偏好性好的样品,白蚁对这些样品的取食量极不均衡。结论 仅通过无选择取食实验可能无法筛选出白蚁取食偏好性较好的样品;双选实验能够较为准确判断白蚁对样品的取食偏好性;如果采用多选实验,应严格控制样品的数量并多做平行实验。Objective To study the feeding habits of Reticulitermes in feeding trials and give suggestions on the methods of termite feeding trials.Methods No choice feeding trials were used to determine the consumption of sample C(control),sample P(better feeding preference than control)and sample N(worse feeding preference than control).Paired choice feeding trials and multiple choice feeding trials were used to determine the consumption of each sample by adjusting the quantity of different samples.Results Under no choice condition,there was no significant difference in the consumption of C and P samples,which was significantly higher than that of N samples.Under choice condition,termites would randomly feed the samples with the same feeding preferences.For samples with different feeding preferences,under the condition of paired choice,termite consumed lager amount of the sample with better feeding preferences.Under the condition of multiple choice,if there was only one sample had the best feeding preference,the termites consumed the largest amount of the sample,if there were multiple samples with the same feeding preferences,the termites consumed extremely unbalanced amount of these samples.Conclusion It seems unable to select the samples with better feeding preference only through no choice feeding trials.Paired choice trials can judge feeding preference of the samples more accurately.If multiple choice trials are used,the number of samples should be strictly controlled and more repeated experiments should be done.
