摘 要:家蝇是重要的卫生害虫之一,可传播多种传染性疾病,危害人类健康。化学杀虫剂因其快速高效的杀虫效果成为防控家蝇的主要方法,但由于频繁不合理的使用,导致家蝇对多种杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性。本文总结了近年来我国家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为科学合理使用杀虫剂防治家蝇提供参考依据。共统计到82个监测点开展高效氯氰菊酯的抗性研究,其中36个监测点对高效氯氰菊酯表现为高抗,占43.90%,5个监测点对高效氯氰菊酯表现为极高度抗性,占6.10%。共统计到84个监测点开展溴氰菊酯的抗性研究,其中39个监测点对溴氰菊酯表现为高抗,占46.43%,13个监测点对溴氰菊酯表现为极高度抗性,占15.48%。共统计到60个监测点开展氯菊酯的抗性研究,19个监测点对氯菊酯表现为高抗,占31.67%,1个监测点对氯菊酯表现为极高度抗性,占1.67%。共统计到51个监测点开展敌敌畏的抗性研究,其中9个监测点对敌敌畏表现为高抗,占17.65%,7个监测点对敌敌畏表现为极高度抗性,占13.73%。共统计到18个监测点开展毒死蜱的抗性研究,其中4个监测点表现为高抗,占22.22%。共统计到50个监测点开展残杀威的抗性研究,其中5个监测点对残杀威表现为高抗,占10.00%,14个监测点对残杀威表现为极高抗,占28.00%。Musca domestica are one of important sanitary pests,and can transmit a great variety of infectious diseases that threaten human health.Chemical insecticides has become the main measure for the control of M.domestica due to its rapid and efficient insecticidal effect.However,due to the heavy and frequent application of insecticides,M.domestica have developed resistance to many insecticides.This paper summarizes the resistance of M.domestica to commonly used insecticides in China in recent years,which will provide a reference basis for scientific and reasonable use of insecticides against M.domestica.A total of 82 monitoring sites were counted to carry out resistance studies to cypermethrin,of which 36 sites showed high resistance to cypermethrin,accounting for 43.90%,and 5 sites showed very high resistance to cypermethrin,accounting for 6.10%.A total of 84 monitoring sites were counted to carry out resistance studies to deltamethrin,of which 39 sites showed high resistance to deltamethrin,accounting for 46.43%,and 13 sites showed very high resistance to deltamethrin,accounting for 15.48%.A total of 60 monitoring sites were counted to carry out resistance studies to permethrin,19 sites showed high resistance to permethrin,accounting for 31.67%and 1 site showed very high resistance to permethrin,accounting for 1.67%.A total of 51 monitoring sites were counted to carry out resistance studies to dichlorvos,of which 9 sites showed high resistance to dichlorvos,accounting for 17.65%,and 7 sites showed very high resistance to dichlorvos,accounting for 13.73%.A total of 18 monitoring sites were counted to carry out resistance studies to propoxur,of which 4 sites showed high resistance to propoxur,accounting for 22.22%.A total of 50 monitoring sites were counted to carry out resistance studies to propoxur,of which 5 sites showed high resistance to propoxur,accounting for 10.00%,and 14 sites showed very high resistance to propoxur,accounting for 28.00%.
