摘　　要：目的:对30~40岁我国人群正常胸腺进行CT视觉评分及厚度测量,并探讨该年龄段胸腺是否存在性别差异。方法:回顾性分析350例体检人员的胸部CT资料并对胸腺进行视觉评分及厚度测量,之后将视觉评分、厚度与性别进行差异分析并将视觉评分与厚度进行相关分析。结果:30~40岁人群胸腺视觉评分及厚度在性别上均存在显著差异,男性视觉评分0.38,女性视觉评分1.03(t=-8.387,P<0.001),男性胸腺厚度11.97 mm,女性胸腺厚度9.12 mm(t=9.611,P<0.001)。视觉评分为0分的胸腺厚度与其他分值的胸腺厚度差异具有统计学意义(F=13.907,P<0.001)。结论:30~40岁群体中男性胸腺的视觉评分低于女性,而胸腺厚度则高于女性,胸腺视觉评分为0分时的胸腺厚度要大于其他分值的厚度。Objective:To perform CT visual scoring and thickness measurement on the normal thymus of Chinese aged 30 to 40,and to investigate whether there was gender difference in the thymus of this age group.Methods:The thoracic CT data of 350 subjects in physical examination programs were analyzed retrospectively and the visual scoring and thickness measurement of the thymus were performed.Subsequently,a differential analysis was carried out between the visual scores,thickness and gender,and a correlation analysis was performed between the visual scores and thickness.Results:There were significant differences in visual scores and thickness in the thymus of individuals aged 30 to 40.The visual score was 0.38 in male and 1.03 in female(t=-7.986,P<0.001).The thymus thickness was 11.97mm in male and 9.12mm in female(t=10.005,P<0.001).There were significant difference in the thickness of the thymus with a visual score of 0 and that with other scores(F=14.807,P<0.001).Conclusion:The visual score of thymus was lower in male than that in female aged 30 to 40,while the thymus thickness was higher in male than that in female.The thickness of the thymus with a visual score of 0 was greater than that with other scores.
