摘  要:失眠是在轨环境中航天员最常见的问题之一,睡眠不足不仅影响航天员自身的健康,还可引起航天员认知及操作绩效下降。目前,在轨失眠的治疗主要采用苯二氮卓类药物,但长期用药存在药物耐受、成瘾等副作用,而中药治疗地面失眠表现出较好的疗效且安全性高。针对上述问题,通过综述国内外现有在轨失眠的机制与中药治疗地面失眠的研究,探讨中药干预在轨失眠的可能性。已有研究表明,部分治疗地面失眠的中药单药或复方可能通过调节生物节律、睡眠相关激素水平进而对改善在轨失眠有效。Insomnia is one of the most common problems of astronauts in the on-orbit environment.Insufficient sleep not only affects the health of astronauts themselves,but also causes the decline of astronauts’cognitive and operational performance.At present,benzodiazepines are mainly used in the treatment of on-orbit insomnia,but long-term medication has obvious side effects such as drug tolerance and addiction.Chinese medicine treatment of ground insomnia showed good efficacy and high safety.In order to provide new ideas for the treatment of on-orbit insomnia,the existing mecha-nisms of on-orbit insomnia and the specific mechanisms related to the treatment of terrestrial insom-nia by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were reviewed,and the possibility of TCM intervening on-orbit insomnia was explored.Studies showed that some TCM monotherapy or combination formu-las for the treatment of terrestrial insomnia may be effective for the on-orbit insomnia by regulating biological rhythms and sleep-related hormone levels.
