摘　　要：河北省是传统制造业大省,其制造业转型升级可以更好地适应我国高质量发展的需求,承接京津地区产业转移。从河北制造业发展历程、内部结构和发展水平等方面分析了制造业的现状,总结了河北制造业在转型升级过程中存在的产业结构不合理、科技创新能力偏弱和高耗能产业能源利用率低等问题,进而基于河北制造业存在的问题提出制造业转型升级的相应建议。Hebei province is a traditional manufacturing province,and the transformation and upgrading of its manufacturing industry can better adapt to the needs of China's high-quality development and undertake the transfer of industries from Beijing and Tianjin.The current situation of manufacturing industry is analyzed from the aspects of development history,internal structure and development level of manufacturing industry in Hebei,and the problems of unreasonable industrial structure,weak scientific and technological innovation ability and low energy utilization rate of high energy-consuming industries exist in the process of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Hebei are summarized,and then the corresponding suggestions for transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry are put forward based on the above problems of manufacturing industry in Hebei.
