摘　　要：数字经济时代下,全球装备制造业新的竞争格局正在重塑,智能化改造、数字化转型成为必由之路。徐州工程机械集团有限公司(以下简称“徐工集团”)作为装备制造业龙头企业,正面临如何破局“卡脖子”技术、应对内销持续低迷的双重困境。结合“智改数转”战略,通过SWOT模型,系统地梳理徐工现阶段智改数转中存在的瓶颈以及问题,以期为我国装备制造业加快形成新质生产力、进一步深化科技创新提供借鉴。In the era of digital economy,the new competitive pattern of global equipment manufacturing industry is being reshaped,and China,after the first five years of high-speed development,has also entered a cyclical adjustment stage,and intelligent transformation and digital transformation have become the way of necessity.XCMG,as a leading equipment manufacturing enterprise,is facing the double dilemma of how to break the"neck"technology and cope with the continuous downturn of domestic sales.Combined with the strategy of"Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transformation",we systematically sort out the bottlenecks and problems in XCMG's current stage of intelligent transformation and digital transformation through the SWOT model,in order to provide reference for China's equipment manufacturing industry to accelerate the formation of new quality of productivity and further deepen scientific and technological innovation.
