摘　　要：在全球化高度发展的今天,国际贸易环境的变化直接影响到国家经济安全和产业发展战略。将中美技术性贸易壁垒视为影响我国电子信息产业发展的潜在因素,分析了贸易摩擦对产业发展带来的直接和间接影响,探讨当前复杂环境下,企业和政府如何通过产业升级、技术创新、市场多元化等具体措施以应对外部挑战,促进产业的健康稳定发展。旨在为中国电子信息产业的稳定发展和国际竞争力的增强提供策略支持,增强电子信息产业的抗风险能力和全球竞争力。In today's highly globalized world,changes in the international trade environment have a direct impact on national economic security and industrial development strategies.Considering“China-US technical barriers to trade”as a potential factor affecting the development of China's electronic information industry,we analyze the direct and indirect impacts of trade friction on the development of the industry,and discuss how enterprises and the government can cope with the external challenges and promote the healthy and stable development of the industry under the current complex environment through industrial upgrading,technological innovation,market diversification and other specific measures.The conference aims to contribute to the stable development of China's electronic information industry.It aims to provide strategic support for the stable development and international competitiveness of China's electronic information industry,and to enhance the risk-resistant ability and global competitiveness of the electronic information industry.
