摘　　要：针对我国汽车零部件行业高质量发展的实际情况,以财务管理模式与智能制造技术为突破口,从财务管理创新、组织管理创新、业务管理创新三个方面出发,剖析了汽车零部件企业在转型升级过程中所遇到的问题,并给出了实现高质量发展的路径选择。This paper addresses the actual situation of high-quality development of China's auto parts industry,takes financial management mode and intelligent manufacturing technology as a breakthrough,and analyzes the problems encountered by auto parts enterprises in the process of transformation and upgrading from the three aspects of financial management innovation,organizational management innovation,and business management innovation,and gives the path choice to achieve high-quality development.
