摘　　要：对《ICU后综合征多模式康复指南》进行解读,包括早期活动、物理治疗、吞咽困难的管理、认知训练、谵妄预防和治疗、心理治疗、重症监护室(ICU)日记,以期为国内ICU工作者提供ICU后综合征的康复治疗指导,改善ICU转出病人的健康结局和生活质量。This article interpreted the"Guideline on multimodal rehabilitation for patients with post-intensive care syndrome".Main interventions included early mobilization,physical therapy,management of dysphagia of tracheostomy patients,cognitive therapies,delirium prevention and therapy,psychotherapy,and ICU diaries,so as to provide intervention guidance on post-intensive care syndrome for Chinese ICU healthcare professionals,thus improve health outcomes and quality of life in patients survived from ICU.
