慢性心力衰竭病人躯体症状与心理症状的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析慢性心力衰竭病人躯体症状和生理症状的相关性。方法:选取2018年11月—2024年5月在河南省6所医院住院的慢性心力衰竭病人2 595例为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷和中文版Memorial心力衰竭症状评估量表进行问卷调查。结果:本组慢性心力衰竭病人躯体症状得分为(22.31±15.40)分,心理症状得分为(5.11±4.66)分,1 768例病人躯体症状严重程度为轻微组,占68.1%,心理症状中忧虑、哀伤、紧张、易怒/易激惹、很难集中注意力、睡眠困难发生率分别为49.5%、40.4%、33.8%、30.4%、30.9%、51.4%。慢性心力衰竭病人躯体症状得分与心理症状得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。分层回归分析结果显示,慢性心力衰竭病人心理症状是其躯体症状的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭病人躯体症状严重程度处于较低水平,心理症状是其躯体症状的重要影响因素,医护人员可从改善慢性心力衰竭病人心理症状入手,进而改善其躯体症状困扰。Objective:To analyze the correlation between physical symptoms and physiological symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 2595 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in 6 hospitals in Henan province from November 2018 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.General data questionnaire and Chinese version of Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale-Heart Failure were used for questionnaire investigation.Results:The scores of physical symptoms and psychological symptoms were(22.31±15.40)points and(5.11±4.66)points respectively.There were 1768 patients with mild physical symptoms were in the group,accounting to 68.1%,The incidence of anxiety,sadness,tension,irritability/irritability,difficulty in concentration and difficulty in sleeping were 49.5%,40.4%,33.8%,30.4%,30.9%and 51.4%,respectively.There was positive correlation between the scores of physical symptoms and psychological symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05).The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that psychological symptoms were the main influencing factors of physical symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05).Conclusions:The severity of physical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure was at a low level,and psychological symptoms were an important factor affecting their physical symptoms.Medical staff can improve the psychological symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure,and improve their physical symptoms.
