摘　　要：目的:构建基于互动达标理论的创伤性脊髓损伤病人出院准备度干预方案,为提高此类病人出院准备服务及临床护理质量提供参考依据。方法:以互动达标理论为指导,结合质性研究、文献回顾和临床调查,拟定创伤性脊髓损伤病人出院准备度干预方案的初稿,采用德尔菲法选择全国16名专家进行了2轮函询,对方案内容进行修订完善,形成干预方案的终稿。结果:2轮函询专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.960,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.351和0.401。构建的干预方案包括5个一级条目、20个二级条目和62个三级条目。结论:构建的创伤性脊髓损伤病人出院准备度干预方案具有较好的科学性和可行性,下一步将在临床实践中进行验证,以期为进一步完善、规范创伤性脊髓损伤病人出院准备工作提供理论依据。Objective:To construct an intervention plan for discharge readiness of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury based on King's theory of goal attainment,and to provide reference for improving the quality of hospital discharge preparation and clinical nursing.Methods:Guided by the King's theory of goal attainment,combined with qualitative research,literature review and clinical investigation,the first draft of the intervention plan for discharge readiness of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury was prepared.16 experts from all over the country were selected by Delphi method for 2 rounds of correspondence consultation,and the contents of the plan were revised and improved to form the final draft of the intervention plan.Results:The positive coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.960,and the Kendall harmony coefficient were 0.351 and 0.401,respectively.The constructed intervention scheme consisted of 5 first-level items,20 second-level items and 62 third-level items.Conclusions:The established intervention plan for discharge readiness of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury was scientific and feasible,which would be verified in clinical practice in the next step,in order to provide theoretical basis for further improving and standardizing hospital discharge readiness of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.
